More employment opportunities, or acceptance of people with disabilities and hospitals, specifically people with vision disabilities. I would like less discrimination against people who are more than 55 years of age. I would like to hear of more training for supervisors of people with disabilities to minimize and illuminate implicit bias and ableism.
