Sabres over MiG Alley from Lyle

It is a history of the 5th Air Force during the Korean War and the battle for air superiority 1950-1953. I served in the 5th Air Force in Korea from 1952-1953. I was assigned to a Tactical Control Radar Center that tracked, directed and controlled combat aircraft in Korea. From my position as a Radar Crew Chief I was not only a participant but a witness to the air war that contributed to our air superiority and success in the Korean War.
