The Source from Jennifer

I loved this book as a young adult because it opened up my mind to the sweep of human history in the Middle East. As a model of historical fiction, The Source entertained me both emotionally and intellectually. It helped me get a deeper feeling for human behavior and the evolution of cultures and religions, while also gaining insights into archaeology. Ever since reading The Source I have been fascinated with the past and the legacies we leave behind as individuals and as civilizations.
